1. Product Quality Assurance Policy
Protect Sports Industry International is committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality across all categories, including but not limited to: combat sports equipment, boxing gloves, MMA gear, Muay Thai equipment, cricket gear, badminton equipment, footballs, leather goods, and sportswear.
Every product undergoes a controlled and documented quality assurance process that includes:
Raw material inspection
Cutting and fabrication checks
Pre-stitching and post-stitching evaluation
Safety and functional assessment
AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) checks
Final quality inspection carried out by senior QA personnel
The Company guarantees that all products shipped meet agreed-upon technical specifications, international quality norms, and client-approved samples. Any exceptions fall under our “Returns & Replacement Policy.”
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
The Company offers nationwide home delivery with free shipping on retail products. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, after which they are handed over to certified courier partners. Delivery timelines are typically 2–5 business days.
Customers receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp. Any delays caused by courier companies are outside the Company’s control, but support is available to assist customers in locating their parcels.
2.2 International Shipping (Wholesale & B2B)
All international shipments are dispatched through reputable freight and courier services including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and specialized forwarding agents.

DDP (selected regions)
The estimated production and shipping timelines depend on order volume, customization, and material availability. The Company will notify clients of delays caused by global logistics issues, customs restrictions, or force majeure.
2.3 Transfer of Liability
For international shipments, responsibility transfers from the Company to the customer upon handover to the freight carrier unless the customer has opted for insured shipping. Any transit damage is the responsibility of the courier or insurer.
3. Returns, Replacements & Warranty Policy
3.1 Domestic (Pakistan Retail)
The Company offers a customer-friendly 7-day return and replacement policy for retail buyers within Pakistan.
A product is eligible for replacement if:
It contains manufacturing defects
It arrives damaged
It differs from the description or sample
Customers must provide video proof recorded at the time of unboxing. Products that have been used, damaged artificially, washed, or modified are not eligible.
3.2 International Customers (Wholesale & B2B)
For international clients, manufacturing defects must be reported within seven (3) days of receiving the shipment. After evaluation, a replacement or credit adjustment may be offered.
Customized, private-label, or made-to-order products are not returnable.
3.3 Warranty Terms
Combat sports gear carries a manufacturing warranty depending on product type.
Misuse, extreme weather exposure, unauthorized repairs, or water damage voids the warranty.
The Company does not guarantee longevity when equipment is used outside its intended purpose.
4. Payment Fraud Protection & Authorized Payment Policy (STRICT)
The Company strictly prohibits customers, clients, distributors, or agents from sending payments to any sales manager, employee, coordinator, or representative through their personal bank accounts, mobile wallets, or unofficial payment channels.

4.2 Liability Waiver
Any customer who deposits payment into a personal account of any employee, sales manager, or representative acknowledges that:
Such payments are invalid

No order will be processed against such payments
4.3 Employee Policy
Any employee found requesting payments in their personal accounts will face:
Immediate termination
Legal and criminal action
Permanent blacklisting
This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced to protect customers and maintain financial integrity.
